Can someone teach me how to use the
equipment?
Our fitness
staff is available to answer most questions regarding the use of our
equipment. For specific instruction and one on one training contact our
personal training department for assistance.
What do I need
to bring to the club to work out?
Bring your
membership card, lock and a towel. We’ll take care of the rest.
What kinds of
classes are right for me?
Ultima offers
a variety of classes to meet all fitness levels. Whether you are a
beginner or expert try a class such as Kick Box Cardio, Cycle, or
Pilates just to name a few.
What kind of
shoes do I need for the cycling class?
Cycling
shoes are optional for this class. If you choose to wear cycling shoes
our pedals accommodate the “universal” clip.
I have never
taken group exercise before, how do I start?
Just show
up! Class schedules are available online and at your local club.
Our classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free
to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.
How long are
the personal training sessions?
Personal training
sessions are generally 30 minutes long. Contact our personal training
department for rates and any specials currently offered.
