Born and raised in England competing at an early age from the youth boys clubs and representing my schools and city in an extensive array of sports advancing as an adult into athletics Inc boxing soccer working alongside some of the biggest names in the field ‘my love for the game drew me deeper into the world of sports and fitness. As a competitive athlete and superstars champion in all events’ I competed in boxing track and field kickboxing. I have been blessed enough to travel around the world on multiple occasions to absorb all levels of fitness styles and health and fitness trends adding my athletic ability ‘passion and knowledge it’s my honor to give the gift to others to defy your age bracket and mindset delivering a fitter faster stronger you!

Boxing

Boxing is one of the most enjoyable ways one can incorporate high-intensity workouts into their fitness routine.  Our members come from all ages and backgrounds to enjoy this stress relieving high paced class providing power, strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

From the untrained beginner to the professional athlete we’ve taken the best training methods of numerous sports, and combined them into one comprehensive fitness program. BOXFIT offers only highly qualified trainers who are passionate about helping you achieve your desired goals. We gauge their success on your success!

Group Fitness

Our Group Fitness class combines exercises used by professional athletes in a variety of athletic training environments. You will improve your strength, quickness, agility, power and speed, as we take help you take your fitness to the next level!

Classes Include:

Fitness Performance

This class focus’ on full body movements and functionality. Focusing on multi-functional muscle groups, bringing you closer to athletic ability for real life movements. We add music for a fun filled workout.

Cross Fitness

This is a strength and toning class that incorporates core, muscle groups and balance. Mix them together for a strong toned workout, leaving you with that pump that you feel proud of.

Sparta HITT

Sparta is a HITT workout lasting 30 minutes. Fast paced only using body weight and working on explosive movements, Sparta will give you that great fat burn and weight loss zone.

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training allows our trainers to program to your individual needs and goals, while paying careful attention to any physical obstacles or injuries. We believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and your relationship with your coach is no exception.
