Sparta HIIT is total body conditioning class, using body weight and explosive movement (plyometrics) exercises, to put you in a fat burn/weight loss zone, while toning muscle and building strength. It’s truly all in one!
This is a strength and toning class that incorporates core and balance, working multiple muscle groups. This integrated workout combines toning, strength, power, agility and speed, leaving you so loaded with endorphins, you’ll feel physically spent and euphoric at the same time!
CARDIO CONDITIONING CAMP
This metabolic conditioning class focuses on heart-rate and caloric burn, using a variety of different training modalities. This Boot Camp style class uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) that will challenge and energize you while helping you burn calories, improve your cardiovascular system and muscle endurance. Exercises are modified based on your level of conditioning in an incredibly supported environment…our members have each others’ backs!!!
STRENGTH BOOT CAMP
This full-body boot camp uses weights, kettlebells, body-weight training and TRX, in a high intensity interval training environment, with a focus on strengthening muscles while increasing muscle endurance. All levels of conditioning will benefit from this class as your instructor works to make sure you are working at the right level for YOU.
Cardio Conditioning Camp
If you can’t make it to class, facilitated training is an opportunity to do the “Workout of the Day” in a safe environment, with Fitness Professionals on hand to coach you through the workout. Want to focus more on a certain muscle group or need to change an exercise due to injury risk, just ask…our Trainers are there to make sure you achieve YOUR goals.
