CAMP ULTIMA IS OUR “METABOLIC CONDITIONING” TRAINING FACILITY. WE PROVIDE A WHOLE-BODY, HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) PROGRAM DELIVERED IN A FUN, BOOT CAMP ENVIRONMENT!

Camp Ultima’s mission is to provide a SAFE environment and EMPOWER each member to reach their goals and beyond. Our trainers are highly qualified and MOTIVATED to encourage success through various forms of cardio, strength, and endurance training in a group setting. The Relationships you make with your trainers and team will be the key to your success.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

CARDIO CONDITIONING CAMP

This metabolic conditioning class focuses on heart-rate and caloric burn, using a variety of different training modalities.  This Boot Camp style class uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) that will challenge and energize you while helping you burn calories, improve your cardiovascular system and muscle endurance.  Exercises are modified based on your level of conditioning in an incredibly supported environment…our members have each others’ backs!!!

 

STRENGTH BOOT CAMP

This full-body boot camp uses weights, kettlebells, body-weight training and TRX, in a high intensity interval training environment, with a focus on strengthening muscles while increasing muscle endurance. All levels of conditioning will benefit from this class as your instructor works to make sure you are working at the right level for YOU.
